Early Signs Of Menopause

Usually, for most women menopause symptoms appear around the age of forty, but having such signs before this age it is not normal and it means you are experiencing early signs of menopause. This could be the result of a surgery where you had your ovaries removed, cancer chemotherapy or the failure of your ovaries.

Most women experience almost the same menopause symptoms whether we are speaking of normal menopause or early menopause. The early menopause symptoms usually are the following: hot flushes and a lot of sweating during the night (this is the most common symptom of all), sleeping problems, bad temper (most of the time in combination with weariness), headaches and different body aches, troubles remembering things and depression, a dry vagina and different infections in the urinary tract and of course lack of sexual stimulation.

The main cause of experiencing premature signs of menopause is, in most cases, a hormonal imbalance. The sad part is you can't do anything to fight these symptoms; however, what you can do is reduce the natural risks triggered by these hormonal disturbances. The most common consequence of hormone imbalance is the alteration of bone density; this leads to bone thinning and thus the risk of osteoporosis increases considerably.

In this case a greater risk of bone fractures is always present as a result of premature signs of menopause. Apart from this, you should know that early sighs of menopause can also increase the risk of having a heart attack.

You can always fight premature menopause symptoms by changing your way of living. Thus, changing your alimentation can be a key factor in your attempt to reverse premature menopause signs. Whole grains and all kinds of fresh vegetable, especially carrots, broccoli, cucumber and other leafy greens, fruits as citrus, apples, berries, plums included in your diet on a daily basis can improve your health and relief you of some of the premature menopause symptoms.

Because your bones are the most affected by these hormonal changes in your body, you should include calcium supplement products in your daily diet in order to make up for the calcium loss.

When you experience such early menopause symptoms your estrogen levels decreases considerably. In order to improve your health in such circumstances you should compensate your estrogen level in your body by including into your alimentation plant food such as soybeans, tofu, linseed bread and legumes as they are known as phytoestrogens (plants containing estrogen).

Hydrating is paramount; thus you should drink around eight glasses of water daily and avoid and even exclude from your diet products containing caffeine (coffee, tea etc.) and alcohol.

Lack of sufficient iron level in your body can also cause early menopause signs. In order to avoid that, try to eat lean meat, fish or chicken weekly, in small amounts. If you are vegetarian, you can always eat more fruits and vegetable in order to keep these unpleasant symptoms under control.

Don't forget to keep in shape with at least half an hour of daily physical exercise like brisk walking, dancing and with a positive thinking.
